I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason. I am not required to give a reason.

Please have visual references ready. I will not draw a commission from written descriptions.

Do not rush me while I do the commission. I have many projects on my hand and your commission isn’t always on the highest priority. Give me at least 30 days to complete your commission (this time span doesn’t apply to comic commission or full illustrations). I have the right to cancel your commission if you rush me/constantly ask me about it. You will get a partial refund based on the work that’s already been done.

I will not design your character. I can do adjustments with provided references but if it’s too much, expect an additional fee.

I accept payment with PayPal, only through invoices. Please don’t send the payment without my okay, or else I have the right to decline your commission.

Full payments are done upfront or right after I’ve drawn the rough sketches. The decision lies with me.

Please remember to send through the Goods and Service option and select “No Shipping Address Needed”.

If you cancel your commission after I’ve begun working, you will only get a partial refund.

I have the right to refund your commission, if I feel like I can’t complete it.

I don’t count in the PayPal fees. With a refund you might get less than what’s been discussed.

Prices on the price sheet aren’t set in stone and should be used more as a frame of reference. Depending on the different factors (i.e complexity, detail etc.), the price may be subject to change. Pricing will be determined before the sketch starts.

For bigger projects, payment plans/partial payments are definitely possible and can be discussed beforehand.

You are allowed to post the art on your site/profile/social media WITH additional credit to me

You can color the commission as long as you credit the lineart that’s been done by me.

You cannot edit the image that changes the intent of the art.

I can decide whenever or not I want to post the art in my gallery. The decision lies within me. Please state whenever you want me to post the art in a lower resolution.

I can post the art in my gallery with a disclaimer who the character belongs to in the description.

I have the right to use the image for future examples in my commissions

I can remove the image from my gallery or my computer without further notice. Please save your commissions.

I reserve the right to use the image to do as I please. I don’t claim ownership of your original character (this is only for portfolio purposes and posting online).

I will not sell prints or merch of your OCs.
